Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised to check and inspect your items upon delivery. Any item spoilt/damage or incorrect items from your placed order, please notify us within 48 hours from the date & time of delivery.
We reserve the right to request from you proof of damaged or substandard of item(s), a replacement or refund will be made within 3 working days at our sole discretion and will be processed upon our review and successful verification of proof.
Cancellation - We may cancel your order if your product(s) is not available for any reason. You are entitled for refund at the price which you have paid during checkout cart via online payment. The refund will be made within 3 working days under normal circumstances.
Delivery will be arranged to customers within Klang Valley area. We shall reserve our rights to inform you earlier and to cancel your Order if we are unable to deliver to your location.
Duration for delivery shall be within 24 hours, the delivery time is based on our Operations hours (8am to 6pm).
Delivery service from our Online store shall be available during working days. (There shall be no delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday).
All delivery/ies are made by third party logistic provider or business associate. If your order is not delivered within the timeframe or any other inquiry regarding the delivery, please contact us as indicated on the website.
Our third party logistic provider or business associate will deliver your order to the delivery address provided on the completed order form and provided that there is no obstruction of access and/or safe and reasonable to do so. This includes any house, office building, condominium, apartment, office area and particular floor and unit of the said office building, condominium and apartment.
We or our third party Logistic Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost or expenses incurred to your order as following,
- Your failure to provide adequate access or arrangement for delivery.
- We have been notified to leave your order on your doorstep, lobby, guardhouse or designated recipient.
- Due to your absence whereby leaving your order at your doorsteps, lobby, guardhouse or and designated recipient.
You are required to provide personal information to complete transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase. We imply that you consent to our collect it and using it for this specific reason only.
We are committed in protecting the privacy of our customers. Under the ACT 709 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION 2010, we will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you by arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit card and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where have your express permission to do so.
Your concent – we will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.
